Do you want to influence the result when people type your name on Google?
Google is now allowing people to create an online profile which contain basic information and pictures that people want to share. These will be displayed on searches of people’s name along with search results to give them people influence on what will come up. The profile result will be a summary which is linked back to a more comprehensive profile from the person’s blog, twitter or flickr accounts.
This move from Google have created controversy that the search giant has a hidden agenda of luring people out of the networking sites Facebook and MySpace.
