In the previous toolbox meeting that I have attended, the topic was about happiness. The quotation that caught my attention was
"Don't worry about things you don't have any control of, they will happen any way"
The topic about happiness in the work environment is almost always the least priority until this toolbox meeting probably. It is very timely as people are still recovering from the economic slowdown and the natural calamities that recently claimed the lives of many people.
Always think that events happens because of reasons, always think of the positive things and it will make you smile.
Don't worry, be happy!
